Return & Refund Policy – Tummala Group

Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure secure delivery.
