30‑Day Hassle‑Free Returns

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return your item in its original condition and packaging, including product tags, authenticity cards, and receipts.

Easy Return Process
  • Begin by initiating the return through our website or by emailing:

  • Provide your order number, selected items, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return slip and instructions.
  • Send the item back within 7 days of receiving the return slip.
Inspection & Refund
  • Upon receiving the item, our Quality Team will inspect it for authenticity, unused condition, and original packaging.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • You can expect reimbursement within:
    • 3–5 business days for domestic refunds.
    • 7–10 business days for international orders.
Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted products

Note: Any item damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or signs of wear will also be ineligible for return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return, then place a new order for your desired item.

Shipping Costs
  • Domestic returns: Prepaid return label at our expense.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
